Cranberry Orange Muffins

Whisk together the sugar, sour cream, vegetable oil, buttermilk, eggs and vanilla until combined.

Add in the flour and then the baking powder, salt and baking soda.

Stir just until combined. Add in the orange zest and cranberries.

For the topping, combine the flour and sugar in a medium sized bowl.

Cut the butter in until the mixture is pea sized and crumbly.

Divide the batter in the muffin pan and top with streusel.

Bake until golden brown.

Drizzle icing over the muffins, if desired.
