Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

You will need a granulated sugar,  all-purpose flour, allspice, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, vegetable oil, eggs and carrots.

Mix all of your dry ingredients in a bowl.

Add the oil and then the eggs to the dry ingredients.

Stir in the grated carrots.

Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

Combine the frosting ingredients using a hand mixer.

Allow the carrot cake to cool, then top with frosting.
