Blueberry Puff Pastry Danish Recipe

You will need a puff pastry, blueberry jam, blueberries, egg, water, coarse sugar, cream cheese, unsalted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and lemon zest.

Spread the jam on the pastry. Top each pastry with the blueberries.

Fold over one corner of the pastry to cover the filling, brush egg wash right on top of the corner. Repeat.

While the pastries bake, make the glaze.

Drizzle the glaze over the danishes and serve.
