Blueberry Pastry Braid Recipe

This blueberry pastry braid looks impressive but it’s surprisingly simple to make! Enjoy this for dessert or serve it for brunch! This sweet treat will be a hit.

You'll need puff pastry, white chocolate bar, blueberry jam, egg, water, and coarse sugar.

Unfold the puff pastry sheet. Place the white chocolate bar in the center.

Spread the blueberry jam on top of the chocolate.

Make 8 cuts facing the bottom of the pastry on each side of the filling.

Fold the top over the filling, then alternating sides, lay the pieces of pastry on top of each other to mimic a braid. Brush with egg wash.

Bake until golden. Allow to cool then enjoy!
