Almond Bear Claw Pastry Recipe

Spread the almond paste mixture over half of the puff pastry sheet.

Fold the pastry over the filling, crimp the edges together.

Cut 4 lines ¾ of the way through the pastry to form the “claw”

Brush with egg then top with almonds.

Bake until golden brown.
