It hit me out of the blue, yesterday. Why can’t you do Kung Pao on a sheet pan? I googled it and voilà, your recipe popped up. Love, love how you simplified it. The hardest part was cutting the veggies into cubes!

I did cheat a little. I used chix tenders, whole, laid on top and brushed with a little sesame oil. I also had a bottle of sauce from PF Chang. I never, ever buy premade sauces; too easy to make from scratch & you know what’s in it… but hey. Anyway, I love how easy this was AND the flavor was perfect. Thank you! And, next time I won’t cheat with the sauce.
