How to Make Root Beer Fudge
INSTRUCTIONS:

What is Root Beer Flavoring?
Root beer flavoring replicates the taste of traditional root beer. Root beer itself is a popular non-alcoholic beverage known for its sweet and slightly spicy taste. The flavor is derived from a combination of various botanicals, roots, and herbs, which typically include sassafras, sarsaparilla, vanilla, wintergreen, licorice, and birch. You can buy root beer flavoring on Amazon.
Storing & Freezing
The Root Beer Fudge will keep best being stored in an airtight container in the fridge. It will last about a week if stored correctly. If you want to keep the fudge for any length of time, the best way to freeze it is to wrap the individual squares into Saran Wrap and then place them in a large ziploc bag. This will also allow you to only take out one piece of fudge at a time.

Tips
For the best texture and to try to have a smooth top, spread the layers as quickly as possible with as little stirring as possible.
If you would like the fudge to have more style, do not level out the bottom root beer layer before freezing. Letting it have some peaks and valleys when you pour on the white fudge will give create a marbled look.
