hmm I am not sure why that would be – I usually just combine the topping ingredients in a small bowl using a whisk or fork – is that what you are doing??

Hi Maddie! Four days will definitely be fine 🙂 I think the longest these have ever been in our freezer is about 2 weeks and they were still great!
