The classic southern comeback sauce, full of flavor and a little bit of kick, made with a healthy twist.
Alright raise your hand if you love condiments as much as I do. I hope you are raising your hand high because I have both mine up. I am a condiment girl through and through and this tastes just like your classic comeback sauce but is made with really great ingredients that you can feel good about.
The base is Lavva original yogurt. I am obsessed with this brand of plant based yogurt because not is it only dairy free, it has no added sugar, it is made with only real food ingredients no gums, pectins, or weird additives) yet it tastes GREAT. Plus it is super creamy so it makes a great base for this sauce! Let’s Make Some Healthy Comeback Sauce!
Alright once you’ve got your Lavva as mentioned above all you need is to gather the rest of your ingredients and then mix them all together and you are good to go! I usually mix right in the Lavva cup but this one does get pretty full so be careful. If you are cooking for a crowd I’d say double or even triple this recipe.
The only other things to keep in mind is that if you want this recipe to remain sugar free be sure to use a ketchup that has no added sugar. And if you want it to remain gluten free be sure to get a gluten free Worcestershire sauce. You can find a good ketchup option here and a list of Worcestershire sauces here.

- possibly a mixing bowl, if you don’t want to use the cup
- a spoon to stir
