Frozen Arnold Palmer

This frozen Arnold Palmer cocktail recipe is the perfect way to cool down on a hot summer day, and it is super simple to make.

Freezing Away the Heat

I love a good frozen cocktail.  They have always been my favorite.   Especially since I moved down south and truly experienced just how hot it can get here.  Nothing tastes better than freezing the heat out with a cocktail in your hand.

But ordering a frozen drink at a local restaurant can cost you around 600 calories and over 150 grams of sugar!  No thank you.  So I am always trying to come up with new frozen cocktail recipes I can enjoy without worrying too much about ingesting a week’s worth of calories (because who can drink just one!?)

So I present to you, the frozen Arnold Palmer. Yes this recipe includes alcohol, and I know when alcohol is involved with this drink it is technically called a Jon Daly, but call it whatever you like.

Tip: If you are having trouble getting it to blend, add a little more Firefly.  It is probably because it needs more sugar.  And adding more alcohol will just give you more bang for your buck!
