I have not tried it without eggs so I can’t guarantee it will turn out the same, but you could always try with a vegan egg! Mix one tbsp of ground flax seeds with 3 tbsp of water, let it sit for a few minutes and thicken, and then mix that in with the rest of the ingredients! Let me know if you try!
