A few simple ingredients like dry white wine, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice make this easy white wine sauce both healthy, vegan, and on your plate in five minutes. This makes enough sauce for about 6oz of your favorite pasta.

- 3/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- Optional: fresh parsley and red pepper flakes to taste
Instructions
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to your saucepan and heat over medium heat for 30 seconds.
- Add the garlic and cook, frequently stirring, until fragrant, about 3 minutes.
- Add the wine, and bring it to a simmer for about 10 minutes to reduce it.
- Turn down the heat to medium-low, add the remaining oil, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add the pasta to the saucepan and stir until the pasta is evenly coated.
- Optional: add fresh chopped parsley and red pepper flakes when tossing into pasta.
