This sauce is so good it needed its own page!  I originally made this sauce to go with a salad I’ll be posting tomorrow and was just going to share it on the same page as that, but when  I tried it I knew limiting it to that recipe would not do it justice.  Yes it makes that salad ahhh-mazing, but the possibilities for this one are endless.  It makes a great marinade for both chicken and fish (in particular salmon) and I am sure there are so many other things you could slather with this.  If you try something new with it and love it be sure to leave a comment below so I can try it too!

If you want a very different, but equally as delicious salad dressing, be sure to check out my strawberry basil salad dressing recipe.  It is super refreshing and adds a subtle sweetness to your salad – perfect for ones with berries in it!  Or my nut butter vinaigrette – whose name speaks for itself! It is perfect especially for an Asian inspired salad. But for now let’s stay focused on the deliciousness that is this creamy horseradish sauce.

This sauce only requires three ingredients.  It has no added sugar, is vegan thanks to my favorite dairy free yogurt brand, and is full of healthy fats.  And if you are scared of fats, don’t be!  They are a good thing.  We need fats in our diet.  Not only because they build our hormones and our brain is about 60% fat, but because they help us actually absorb the nutrients from our other foods (like veggies).  If you are interested in learning more about nutrition make sure you check out my health coaching services and schedule your free consultation today!

In the meantime, you can rest easy knowing this sauce is so so good for you, and so incredibly addicting!

Let’s Make Some Creamy Horseradish Sauce!

Okay not too much to say here.  All you need to do is get a Lavva Original dairy free yogurt, measure out your horseradish mustard, and grab your apple cider vinegar.  Mix them all together, can do it right in the Lavva container if you want, and you are done!

The amounts below make enough dressing for two dinner sized salads. So if you need more, just double or triple the recipe!

I recommend this for salads, and as a meat marinade. I first used it on a salad and absolutely loved it.  But I have also baked chicken with it, as well as salmon!

What will you use it for?
