Chocolate pecan fridge fudge tastes like the inside of a decadent truffle, but is made with only three ingredients, contains no gluten or refined sugar, requires no baking, and is the perfect way to satisfy your chocolate craving.

Fudge is one of lifes greatest gifts. Growing up in Michigan we always enjoyed going to Mackinac Island and bringing home POUNDS of their fudge. Oh so good and oh so decadent. Who knows what it was made of though. Side note – if you ever have the chance to go there do it. I know Michigan probably doesnt sound like the place you want to vacation but this Island is awesome. No cars allowed on the whole thing and you can bike around the entire coast. It was my favorite place growing up. So Mackinac Island and its fudge has a special place in my heart.
I decided to make a healthier fudge and am SO happy with how this turned out. It only requires a few simple ingredients – and they are ones that are good for you too! I am a huge sweet tooth gal so once you try these be sure to check out my snacks and desserts page for a ton of great ideas!

Let’s Make Chocolate Pecan Fridge Fudge!
This recipe is SO EASY. Three ingredients. No baking. A tasty dessert What more could you want?
First you gotta start with Georgia Grinders pecan butter. I havent tried this with another nut butter – hence the name – but if you do swap it out make sure you go with one that is pretty runny! Pecan butter is and I think that is what gives this such a great texture.
Then to keep this refined sugar free I used Lilys Sweets dark chocolate chips. I LOVE their chocolate chips and they are sweetened with Stevia. You can use any chocolate chips you like, just make sure they are okay for any dietary restrictions.
Then just get some coconut oil! I like to buy virgin organic coconut oil to make sure it has the healthiest of fats in there – but you get what works for you!
Then the garnishes are totally up to you too. I LOVED the ones with a little sea salt flaked on there – just be sure to not go too overboard – I did that on a few and they were a little too salty 🙂
In addition to the listed ingredients, you will need:
- a microwaveable bowl
- a spoon to stir
- a mini muffin tin
- mini muffin liners
- fridge space!
