  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butter – softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon of vanilla
  • 1 14oz ox of Brownie mix
  • 2 tablespoons Sprinkles (optional)
  • 12 packages of Candy Corn
  • 1 container of Milk Chocolate Frosting
 

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of a 9 X 9 dish with parchment paper, and butter the sides of the dish.
  2. In the mixing bowl of a stand mixer, make the cookie dough base; Place the eggs, sugar, brown sugar, butter, and vanilla in the mixer, and mix until well blended and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, add the flour, baking soda, salt, and stir well to blend. Add the flour to the mixer, and blend well.
  4. Add the chocolate chips and mix on low just until the chocolate chips are mixed into the dough.
  5. Pour the cookie dough into the dish, and spread out evenly over the parchment paper.
  6. Sprinkle Candy Corns on top of the cookie dough batter, to cover the batter, and set aside.
  7. In the mixing bowl, mix the Brownie mix, according to the package directions, and pour the Brownie batter over the candy corns.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven, and cool on a wire rack for about 2 hours.
  9. When the Brownie layer is cool to the touch, spread the Brownies with the chocolate frosting, sprinkle the Fall sprinkle mix over the Frosting, and sprinkle candy corn on top of the Fall sprinkles.
  10. Allow Frosting to set, about an hour. Serve, and Enjoy!
