When I mixed up the dough, it was too sticky so I added 1 Tbsp of flour. No water. I added around 1 cup of York dark chocolate peppermint chips. And I sprinkled Wilton’s peppermint crunch sprinkles on top. I love peppermint at Christmas, and who could go wrong with a brownie cookie? These taste great! They are so quick and easy, which is good because I started baking after midnight. I was done with the whole batch before 1 AM. Thank you.

Great recipe but I add chocolate chips, coconut, m&ms , and chocolate sprinkles in to the mix and bake … They don’t last a day around here and there’s only two of us ..
