The perfect pie has to start with the perfect crust. And this crust is nice and light, while sturdy enough to hold your pie together. It is easy to make, and it caters to just about any dietary need. What more could you ask for than a delicious pie that is able to be enjoyed by everyone you want to share with?

Let’s Make a Three Ingredient Pie Crust!
There is not much you can do to mess up this crust. Except maybe try to swap out the flours. People always want to ask about flour substitutes but grain free flours are all so different that it is hard to do. And I havent tried this recipe with any others. So stick to these for now if you want to ensure a good outcome. Luckily both almond flour and tapioca flour are not the most expensive grain free flours out there!
You might be able to swap out the ground flax for ground chia seeds. I also haven’t tried this but they usually work the same way.
Other than that my one other note is that if you want to make this crust a little bit sweet, feel free to add some sweetener to it! But Id stick with a solid sweetener like stevia, cane sugar or coconut sugar) rather than a sticky sweetener because that might mess with the wet to dry ingredient consistency.
